About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting ehotel AG management in daily operations and strategic projects. Coordinating tasks and contributing to process optimizations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with executive management in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
  • Independently manage, coordinate and track tasks, appointments and projects
  • Prepare presentations, analyses and decision papers
  • Support special projects, e.g., market and competitor analyses
  • Organize meetings, take minutes and perform structured preparation and follow-up
  • Actively contribute to process optimizations and digitalization initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in e-commerce, online business or in an assistant role is a plus — but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality
  • Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and a structured approach to work
  • Good commercial and legal understanding
  • Confident use of Office tools and ideally experience with online or e-commerce systems
  • Business-fluent German and very good English skills
