Responsibilities
Close collaboration with executive management in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
Independently manage, coordinate and track tasks, appointments and projects
Prepare presentations, analyses and decision papers
Support special projects, e.g., market and competitor analyses
Organize meetings, take minutes and perform structured preparation and follow-up
Actively contribute to process optimizations and digitalization initiatives
Requirements
Degree in business administration/economics or comparable qualification
Initial experience in e-commerce, online business or in an assistant role is a plus — but not required
Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on mentality
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and a structured approach to work
Good commercial and legal understanding
Confident use of Office tools and ideally experience with online or e-commerce systems
Business-fluent German and very good English skills
