About the role

  • Sekretär/in für die Urologie am Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes, verantwortlich für administrative Aufgaben in der Patientenaufnahme. Koordination von Terminen und Bearbeitung der allgemeinen Korrespondenz.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of all administrative and organizational tasks related to patient admission
  • Welcome patients and perform data entry
  • Coordinate appointments for surgical scheduling and preoperative preparation
  • Handle mail, e-mails and general correspondence

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or vocational training in a commercial/administrative field
  • Ideally, professional experience in the stated area
  • Very good command of German, both written and spoken, with strong spelling skills
  • Familiarity with common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
