About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting investment professionals in the Public and Private Fixed Income business. Providing high-level administrative support and managing complex calendars in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for managing complex calendars that include travel and the need to coordinate meetings with senior level executives and their assistants inside and outside of the company
  • Provide a high level of daily support, always anticipating what the principal(s) will need in advance of meetings and phone calls, including pre-reading and meeting materials
  • Handle all travel arrangements for domestic and international trips - book flights, expense vouchers, itineraries, and logistics
  • Answers and screens telephone calls and takes detailed messages
  • Returns calls and initiates conference calls

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take proactive initiative
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, able to pivot quickly as priorities change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
