About the role
- Develop innovative content and solutions for student development and progress tracking.
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-quality pedagogical methodologies and materials, as well as product features.
- Oversee the implementation of student learning journey initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets for the area, ensuring efficiency and return on investment.
- Support the operationalization of initiatives and monitor learning measurement processes.
- Facilitate communication between the Student XP team and all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Pedagogy, Languages/Literature, Bilingual Education, or related fields
- Experience with digital educational products
- Experience with bilingual schools and/or programs is a plus
