Responsibilities
Onboard and advise a portfolio of new clients, acting as their trusted marketing partner.
Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns that align with client goals.
Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate new leads, and increase business opportunities.
Understand clients’ objectives and challenges and provide customized recommendations.
Set up strategic campaigns designed for both immediate results and long-term performance.
Drive account growth through upselling and increasing client investment in campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven optimizations.
Maintain a comprehensive client database with up-to-date account information.
Handle a high volume of client interactions daily while ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluent German speaker (C2/native level)
Proficient in English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing principles
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
