About the role

  • SDR Pleno/Sênior for strengthening commercial operations through active lead prospecting. Connecting brands with market research executives, delivering insights-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Active outbound prospecting and responding to inbound leads focused on market research, marketing, CX/UX, innovation and insights executives.
  • Execute multichannel cadences (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and video meetings).
  • Diagnose pain points, lead maturity and context, mapping fit with the business, the client’s current situation and future opportunity potential.
  • Nurture strategic accounts with relevant intelligence (case studies, content, market data).
  • Keep CRM up to date (prospecting pipeline, account activity history, real-time status, predictability).
  • Build/manage intelligent prospecting lists with support from market tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.).
  • Generate commercial insights by identifying trends, recurring objections, opportunities for new services and emerging demands, proactively participating in our Insights Communities.
  • Partner with Marketing on events and commercial campaign performance.
  • Assist in building pitches, scripts and differentiated approaches by vertical.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with high conversion potential for the commercial/marketing teams to act on.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an SDR or inside sales.
  • Proficiency in multichannel prospecting and methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Rapport.
  • Experience with CRMs and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and RocketReach.
  • Analytical ability to translate data and behaviors into opportunities.
  • Results- and target-oriented profile.
  • Experience in multinational technology companies, market research institutes, or consultancies (preferred).
  • Experience with market research and AI platforms/solutions (preferred).
