Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading ECGlobal's research projects team, overseeing the following areas:
- Project operations, which handles the execution and management of qualitative and quantitative research projects;
- Research recruitment, responsible for sourcing and inviting respondents for studies and verifying that participant profiles match project requirements;
- Survey/questionnaire programming, serving as the reference for using questionnaire programming tools, performing programming tasks and supporting other teams that also implement programming on the platforms.
- Guide the adoption of best research practices and ensure the technical quality of projects carried out.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with platform providers and other research vendors, and drive innovation in research operations by seeking new solutions, partners and suppliers for the research area.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Design, Statistics, or related fields.
- Experience as a Research Manager.
- Experience in executing and managing qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Experience in research recruitment.
- Experience with questionnaire/survey programming tools.
