Responsibilities

  • Lead the Supporter Care team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage supporter enquiries and income processing
  • Drive improvements for a more consistent, supporter-focused experience
  • Oversee enquiry handling, income processing and data management
  • Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, engagement, technology and finance
  • Use supporter insight and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Experience managing a customer service or supporter care team
  • Strong operational and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing supporter data
  • Confidence handling complex enquiries and escalations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to improving processes and services
