About the role
- Engineer in Planning focusing on project schedules and timelines at ANDRITZ, providing innovative solutions in hydropower.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules;
- Ensure alignment of schedule structure, scope, and deadlines across departments;
- Ensure standardization of all schedules in accordance with ANDRITZ regulations;
- Follow up on all phases and activities of the schedule(s);
- Prepare progress reports for client communication;
- Develop project dashboards in Power BI (S-curve, KPIs);
- Support the Project Manager on all time-management related matters;
- Interface with internal departments and the client (status/update meetings and follow-ups);
- Monitor execution of project activities with the responsible departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering;
- Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Production Management - desirable;
- MS Project - advanced;
- Primavera P6 - desirable;
- Power BI - desirable;
- Intermediate English - desirable;
- Proven experience in hydropower projects.
