Requirements
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise inklusive PowerQuery
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HCM-Systemen, optimalerweise im Bereich Reporting (z. B. SAP HCM, Oracle HCM)
- Datenvisualisierung mit Power BI
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung mit SQL, Microsoft Fabric oder Python
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenmanagement und in der Datenmodellierung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, bevorzugt mit Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften oder ähnlichem (mit Schwerpunkt Personal)
