You will work on key HR future topics: a future-ready work environment (diversity, social responsibility, benefits)
Support the structured further development of our diversity strategy
Support cross-functional initiatives to strengthen diversity & inclusion across the company
Assist in the development and communication of benefits and communication formats for diversity topics
Contribute to social-volunteering initiatives
Support the practical implementation of pay transparency and role models for our company
Prepare complex content into clear, practical formats (e.g., for the HR community)
Provide organizational support
Administrative support in day-to-day operations
Structure and prepare documentation
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, social, or legal sciences, ideally with a focus on HR, organization, or labor/employment law
Interest in strategic HR work, organizational development, and legal frameworks
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Ability to capture complex issues in a structured way and present them clearly
Careful, precise working style — even with demanding or complex topics
Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
