About the role

  • Talent Development Specialist managing learning and development programs to align with business priorities. Consulting on effective techniques and fostering relationships with stakeholders at Vanguard.

Responsibilities

  • Consults on and manages new learning and development techniques and programs
  • Suggests enhancements to existing learning and development programs
  • Coordinates timelines, resources, and decisions to successfully deliver program goals
  • Oversees relationships with vendors to ensure crew participation in outside learning and development programs
  • Defines metrics to measure success of vendor relationships
  • Executes on strategic business plans for the learning and development team
  • Tracks progress against key milestones and adjusts plans as needed
  • Delivers on the design and development of learning plans, materials, and modules
  • Measures learning and development programs and results
  • Maintains relationships across program stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience
  • At least three years of learning and development experience
  • At least three years of project management experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
