Responsibilities
Prepares course design in support of developing productive learning environments
Develops and delivers web-based and in-person professional development programs
Applies creative methods of content delivery in the online, web-based, and in-person environments using appropriate technologies
Develops engaging learning activates and course materials that improves retention and transfer of knowledge
Designs and revises both new and established exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
Evaluates and refines existing training and development programs to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency
Implements feedback from course evaluation and program reviews to the current learning models
Provides instructional design support to employees in various business units
Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred
2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
Foundational knowledge of Instructional Design principles and adult learning theory
Experience in customized, thoughtful, creative Learning Experiences beyond basic eLearning
Experience with eLearning development tools such as Storyline, Captivate, or Evolve
Ability to effectively present complex technical and soft-skill concepts through design and visuals
Apply visual design principles to ensure a sophisticated design that draws the learner in and enhances the learning experience
