About the role

  • Retail Excellence Lead focused on improving store performance and customer experience for Footasylum. Coaching teams, enhancing KPIs, and fostering a high-performance retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support stores to improve Conversion, ATV, UPT and overall sales performance
  • Partner with Store Managers and Area Managers to create clear, actionable improvement plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, selling behaviours and in-store execution
  • Deliver structured and on the job training to Store Managers, Supervisors and store teams
  • Act as a link between strategy and execution at store level
  • Build strong relationships with store leadership teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a multi-site retail environment
  • Strong understanding of store KPIs, conversion and commercial drivers
  • Experience coaching and developing store teams and leaders
  • Confident delivering training in-store and adapting style to different audiences
  • Data-led mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
  • A full UK driving licence is required due to the travel demands of this field-based role.
