Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor within Nuveen’s Sales Learning & Development team
- Drive comprehensive learning strategies across Distribution sales channels
- Support and contribute to learning solutions spanning New Hire education programs, Product education initiatives, and Advanced Selling Skills development
- Develop strategy, drive execution, measure impact, and facilitate the adoption of learning programs that accelerate the capabilities of distribution sales professionals
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout Nuveen, TIAA Investments, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the firm to deliver impactful learning experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of coaching, L&D, or performance management experience ideally in financial services
- Series 7
- Sales background or sales effectiveness/enablement experience preferred
- Proven success in facilitation and delivery of training and assessment programs
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to audiences of 100+
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization across multiple business areas
- Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
