About the role
- Analyst in Business Consulting responsible for project management and system developments in securities processing. Collaborating with IT and stakeholder management in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung & Wartung des Wertpapierabwicklungssystems mit Fokus auf Depotüberträge
- Projektleitung und Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung von (agilen) Projekten
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und IT zur Optimierung von Prozessen
- Erstellung von Testkonzepten, Testdurchführung und Testabnahme
- Koordination und Begleitung von Vorstudien mit Aufwandschätzungen
- Dienstreisen an die Standorte zur Integration ins Team und Kennenlernen der Themen und Schnittstellen
Requirements
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Depotüberträge
- Vertrautheit mit relevanten Settlement-Plattformen und SWIFT-Formaten (MT/MX)
- Kenntnisse der steuerlichen Verarbeitung von Depotüberträgen (z.B. Finanzamt Meldungen, TAXBOX Verfahren)
- Erfahrung in mittleren bis großen Umsetzungsprojekten (agil und/oder klassisch)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrungen im Stakeholder-Management und in der Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen Fachbereich und IT
