  • Bachelor/Master student for organizational development at Durbal Metallwarenfabrik. Analyzing and developing concepts for improved organizational structures in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of Durbal’s current organizational structure and workflow organization
  • Comparison of functional (task-based) and object (product-/customer-based) principles with respect to efficiency, transparency and customer orientation
  • Identification of organizational, personnel and technical requirements
  • Development of an implementation concept, including a roadmap and change-management approaches
  • Optional: Conducting interviews or workshops with employees

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Organization/Management, Production Engineering or a comparable field
  • Interest in organizational development and company structures
  • Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and self-initiative
  • Confident English skills, both written and spoken
