Development of an implementation concept, including a roadmap and change-management approaches
Optional: Conducting interviews or workshops with employees
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Organization/Management, Production Engineering or a comparable field
Interest in organizational development and company structures
Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and self-initiative
Confident English skills, both written and spoken
