Responsibilities
Central point of contact for our agency’s service portfolio for your client group from Sparkassen (savings banks) and regional associations
Responsible for strategic consulting and development of your clients, including strengthening digital sales
Independently prepare and conduct client meetings, both at the office and on-site at the client’s location
Prepare project briefings and structured decision documents
Act as an interface between your clients and stakeholders (management, department heads, project management, etc.)
Ensure efficient communication and collect, process, and distribute project information
Continuous professional development through exchange with subject-matter experts on the latest developments in customer engagement, marketing, sales, and digital services and platforms
Requirements
University degree with an economic or digital/communication focus, e.g., business administration (BWL) / economics (VWL)
Experience in the Sparkassen environment (savings banks)
Experience in consulting or in account & stakeholder management for larger client accounts
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Dependable and composed working style
Structured, numbers-oriented and performance-driven mindset; ability to present and analyse KPIs in Excel
Good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
Flexibility and resilience with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
Ability to switch between operational tasks and strategic issues
