Business Development Manager at iwoca focusing on partnerships with financial intermediaries. Working to optimize processes and maximize partnerships across Germany.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain and expand relationships with commercial loan brokers across Germany
Plan, organize and execute partner meetings and regional events — high travel requirement (regular on-site visits to brokers, events, trade shows)
Manage and automate partner outreach through our CRM system (HubSpot) — segmentation, campaigns, nurturing
Develop and implement enablement initiatives (trainings, webinars, sales materials, playbooks)
Provide telephone and in-person support including regular check-ins and performance reviews
Optimize and standardize onboarding processes in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Continuously provide market feedback to product and process teams to optimize the partner journey.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in banking, fintech, consulting, or a similar field
Ideally you bring a strategic and commercial/sales mindset
You proactively conduct outreach by phone and email, meet partners in person, activate and grow a large network of brokers, and enjoy being on the road visiting our partners
You think in terms of scaling: you design efficient, data-driven processes, drive automation, and use tools intelligently to maximize impact and efficiency
Good knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
