About the role

  • Senior Account Manager responsible for leading key strategic accounts at HNH APAC in Singapore. Driving sales objectives and cross-functional team performance for growth in the APAC region.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in building the Segment Strategy of identified accounts and drive the implementation of the agreed segment strategy/direction, ensuring strong cross-functional team performance to realize strategy growth objectives.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure strategy is implemented, achieved and updated periodically.
  • Lead cross-functional team to deliver on sales, margins and pipeline (funnel) targets for assigned key accounts assigned.
  • Assume regional ownership and accountability for the assigned Global and Regional customers.
  • Develop and implement the regional strategy in line with the Regional Leadership and GKAM expectations.
  • Lead the regional team for the assigned customer account by orchestrating assigned multifunction resources.
  • Achieve, with a P&L perspective, business and innovation goals.
  • Build multi-level relationships with the accounts in the region and also, when required, at global level and in other regions.
  • Be accountable for service and operational excellence to the account, leveraging on the regional team and relevant functions for support in ensuring timely deliveries, resolving complaints, for example.
  • Establish clear and recognized leadership with the local Account Managers (AM) handling the day-to-day operations in relevant countries, and be accountable for total sub-regional sales.
  • Implement global pricing strategy for Global Accounts in the region, also seeking alignment at APAC regional level.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure growth and conversion of business development funnel in the region to ensure future growth targets are met.
  • Take on the role of HNC APAC SPARK (Solution Selling) Champion and support the roll-out of solution selling capabilities in our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
  • At least 8 years’ experience as account, sales, or business development manager in a sales organization.
  • Relevant industry will be a plus.
  • Key skills in project and portfolio management.
  • Commercially savvy and experienced.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
