About the role

  • Technical Sales Manager responsible for technical and commercial preparation of quotations in the beverage and liquid food sector. Collaborating on project schedules and specifying technologies for customer projects.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial preparation of quotations
  • Internal quotation management
  • Development of project schedules
  • Processing of quotations with customer and in coordination with technical and sales
  • Machine design and specification of technologies
  • Review and evaluation of customer specifications
  • Technical risk assessment
  • Clarification of regional and legal requirements
  • Support in the preparation of TCO calculations
  • Ensuring conformity with standards
  • Preparation and execution of customer presentations
  • Recording building dimensions, project clarification in the offer phase

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales in mechanical, electrical and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry
  • Very good data processing skills (MS Office/MS Project), SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent in English required, French is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and adequate manners
  • Efficient time management and flexible work assignment according to project requirements
  • Willingness to travel internationally
