About the role

  • Intern role assisting the Customer Service team with inquiries and documentation at Draslovka. Focus on improving customer experience through timely follow-ups and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service team by assisting with customer inquiries
  • Documenting cases and ensuring timely follow-up across service channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Updating excel file records and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues
  • Contribute to improving customer experience by providing timely follow-ups
  • First line assistance for basic inquiries and status updates
  • Follow up on shipments, returns and replacements

Requirements

  • Business administration or industrial engineering education
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish language skills
