About the role
- Inventory Support Specialist ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity across clinic locations for LaserAway. Collaborating with clinic staff and vendors, supporting daily operations and compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all clinics adhere to LaserAway’s inventory SOPs, maintaining accuracy across all systems and records.
- Identify, research, and correct inventory discrepancies in collaboration with clinic staff, warehouse partners, and the HQ Inventory team.
- Monitor department inboxes, track shipments, and verify product deliveries to ensure all inventory is received and properly checked in.
- Input and update data in ERP and inventory management platforms with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and follow-ups on audit findings to ensure compliance.
- Oversee inter-clinic transfers, monitor outstanding dashboard items, and provide timely updates to management.
- Support clinic teams through ongoing training, reinforcing best practices in inventory management and SOP adherence.
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to align on process improvements, reporting, and compliance goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
- 12 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, retail operations, or a medical office setting
- Weekend availability required
- Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
- Strong Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive) skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Familiarity with tracking systems and data entry best practices.
