About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing support for customer enquiries in the QVC UK Contact Centre. Working evenings and supporting a team to drive brand advocacy and success.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, resolving customers' often complex enquiries
  • Drive brand advocacy
  • Work towards achievable individual performance targets
  • Participate in a supportive onboarding experience including four weeks of training

Requirements

  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
  • Experience using a computer is necessary
