Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and compliance
- Lead complex troubleshooting and incident response, including vendor escalation and RCA documentation
- Leverage automation and AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, n8n, and Zapier to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows
- Translate business needs into scalable configurations for RBAC, permissions, and group-based access controls
- Build secure, API-based system integrations and participate in on-call rotations to provide real-time platform support
- Execute change control processes for upgrades, patches, and rollbacks in high-availability environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise IT operations supporting critical SaaS platforms
- Proficiency in user and access management at scale, including RBAC and permissioning models
- Experience writing JavaScript for automation, integrations, and platform customization
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-powered platforms and automation tools to improve workflows and reduce manual effort
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive resolution through collaboration and clear communication
