Responsibilities
You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining and strategically developing our business customers
From the first telephone contact through to contract signing, you are the sales contact for your customers
In close collaboration and constant exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
You bring your ideas and expertise into cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters and actively help shape the future of our company
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
At least two years of experience in selling services in the DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance) environment or in technical services
Willingness to travel within the region
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and a friendly, confident demeanor
Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems
Driver’s license (Class B)
