About the role

  • Sales Manager driving sales in the Benelux agricultural market for used machinery. Building relationships, developing strategies, and collaborating with teams for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory
  • Identifying geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
  • Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
  • Developing strategic plans to secure potential customers
  • Maintaining and updating your Playbook regularly
  • Coordinating with the “Win Team” to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of agricultural machinery, including valuation, pricing, and condition assessment
  • Proven ability to create recurring customers by adapting solutions to their needs
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in the used ag machinery business
  • Existing network in the Dutch agricultural sector
  • Fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Goal-oriented "to-do" mentality and a collaborative, team-player attitude
