Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis and coordination to the EMEA plants, logistic and sourcing process financials
Act as an effective business partner for the EMEA operations leadership
Ensure effective financial management and control across EMEA operation
Drive profitability and cost-efficiency through robust financial leadership and partnership with operations leadership
Perform timely and insightful financial and operational analyses, and present the related data, information and reports to the operations management team for review, decision-making, and action
Guarantee the internal control into EMEA operations (Manufacturing + Supply chain)
Lead discussions on financial performance in EMEA operations, driving action plans and cost improvement
Lead SAP implementation and system improvement into operations controlling
Improve key performance metrics, such as inventory turns and productivity cost reduction and achieving financial targets such as P&L, WC and OCF
Strengthen the plant control implementing best practices
Establish and maintain adequate internal controls
Ensure COGS control and efficiency analysis of all operational areas within EMEA
Support business plans, such as Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan (LRP)
Conduct investment analysis across all operations
Develop and implement finance/operations indicators/KPIs
Establish strong relationship with key stakeholder groups across procurement, engineering and manufacturing operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
Demonstrated success in a previously held controlling role
Minimum 5 years of working in a financial role in an international manufacturing environment
In-depth knowledge of operations dynamics and finance reporting
Cost accounting and business analysis knowledge
Good project / program management experience (with focus on ERP implementation projects)
Systems knowledge: Experience in ERP implementation, preferred SAP
Preferred: Khalix consolidation system utilization
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
Strategical view to support long term view (5-10 years) for business/operations
High level of maturity, flexibility and analytical skills
High level of adaptability to dynamically evolving requirements
Multilingual (English compulsory)
