About the role

  • Inside Sales Team Lead coaching and upleveling Vendor Partners revenue growth for DoorDash. Collaborating on sales training and helping merchants adopt additional products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on coaching and upleveling our Vendor Partners revenue growth
  • Work closely with Vendor Leads to provide sales trainings, call calibration feedback, and various sales tools
  • Transform the way businesses capture attention and attract new consumers
  • Connect and collaborate with existing partners to understand their unique goals, priorities, and current challenges
  • Cultivate unique solutions through sales trainings, data and analytical tools
  • Listen to a high volume of Vendor calls and provide feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and providing sound business solutions
  • Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales
  • Comfortable working in a scaling startup environment
  • Value collaboration and find opportunities within change
  • Tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)
  • Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment.
