About the role

  • Sales Development Representative for Top Doctors Group digitalizing healthcare in Barcelona. Prospecting leads and scheduling meetings for Account Managers in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Use of the database and social media to locate, follow up, contact, and schedule appointments with doctors.
  • Report all calls in the CRM.
  • Organize the account manager's agenda.
  • Confirm daily appointments for account managers.
  • Provide daily administrative and phone support to the assigned Account Manager.
  • Weekly report of the next week's appointment schedule.

Requirements

  • You must have a very high level of English.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a telephone sales role or similar (telemarketing).
  • Possession of DNI, NIE, and a Social Security registration number.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Interest in working towards targets.
  • A proactive attitude, with strong motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
  • And above all: being a good person, eager to work as part of a team, and grow professionally.
