Responsibilities
Use of the database and social media to locate, follow up, contact, and schedule appointments with doctors.
Report all calls in the CRM.
Organize the account manager's agenda.
Confirm daily appointments for account managers.
Provide daily administrative and phone support to the assigned Account Manager.
Weekly report of the next week's appointment schedule.
Requirements
You must have a very high level of English.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a telephone sales role or similar (telemarketing).
Possession of DNI, NIE, and a Social Security registration number.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Interest in working towards targets.
A proactive attitude, with strong motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
