About the role

  • Customer Renewals Manager responsible for managing renewals and pricing for DOOR’s subscription services. Engaging clients and optimizing terms to maximize retention and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full renewal cycle for DOOR’s SaaS subscription plans
  • Act as the primary renewal contact for existing property-management clients
  • Lead renewal pricing discussions and negotiations
  • Maintain a renewal pipeline with visibility into upcoming renewal dates
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Finance teams
  • Identify opportunities where clients might benefit from expanded DOOR services
  • Keep detailed records of all renewal communications
  • Analyze renewal successes and churns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, subscription management, account management, or customer success
  • Experience working with hardware-plus-software companies or with clients managing physical products + subscriptions
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to forecast renewals and revenue accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical and data-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with tools for subscription management, CRM, contract tracking
