About the role

  • Sales Consultant managing leads and negotiations for a healthcare company. Working hybrid with sales via WhatsApp and performances metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads received by the company and manage negotiations through to closing
  • Conduct sales primarily via WhatsApp
  • Record contacts and organize follow-ups in the CRM
  • Work with monthly targets and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, or proactive customer outreach with a commercial focus
  • Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
  • Clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on closing deals
  • Organizational skills and discipline to manage your own schedule
  • Setup for remote work (laptop, headset, and stable internet)
  • Availability for a hybrid model (3 days remote and 2 days on-site in Belo Horizonte).
