Implementation Success Manager responsible for leading onboarding of SaaS clients in Brazil. Ensures successful implementation, training, and communication across teams.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding for new clients, acting as the primary technical point of contact and expectations manager
Align scope, timelines and responsibilities with all stakeholders (client and internal teams)
Plan, organize and execute the implementation schedule, ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries
Conduct technical and operational training to ensure correct adoption of solutions
Serve as an active bridge between CS, Support, Product and Operations, ensuring smooth communication
Anticipate risks and act quickly to prevent bottlenecks and rework
Monitor activation metrics and ensure a structured handover to the Customer Success team
Contribute to improvements in onboarding and implementation processes.
Requirements
Experience with implementation/onboarding projects in SaaS, technology, or B2B
Strong organizational, communication and schedule management skills
Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, CRM and project management tools
Availability to work hybrid in Esteio (1 to 2 days per week)
Experience with Digital Signage, internal communications or technical integration projects.
