Sales Operations Manager driving sales, customer success, and order processes at Ryvid. Overseeing customer success team and optimizing sales operations.
Responsibilities
Create and manage Ryvid’s Sales Order processes.
Create and manage Ryvid’s Sales and Customer Success SOPs.
Analyze sales processes and identify areas where they can be optimized to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee a team of Customer Success Representatives.
Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Track sales & customer satisfaction performance metrics and provides regular reports to the sales team and senior management to identify areas of improvement.
Manage the sales and customer success technology stack, including Gorgias, Shopify, and future CRM and ERP systems.
Maintain accurate records in Ryvid’s systems.
Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Work closely with the sales team to help define and document the sales cycle.
Manage a 12-month rolling forecast.
Be the voice of Sales and Customer Success to Ryvid’s Operation and Production teams.
Represent sales at Ryvid’s S&OP meetings.
Help implement and oversee sales programs.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by establishing optimal processes from ordering to delivery.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations and Customer Success
At least 2 years of selling experience in a management or supervisor role
Experience working for a manufacturer
CRM and ERP proficiency
Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proven experience in creating and working with ISO 9001 processes, including documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement
