About the role

- Support with the technical integration/onboarding of new merchants to our platform.
- Perform quality assurance tasks (e.g., testing, data validation).
- Assist in responding to partners' technical inquiries during onboarding and live operations.
- Analyze existing partner integrations to identify potential optimizations.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integration templates and processes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth partner integration and a positive seller experience.
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, Business Informatics, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility, as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
- Initial experience with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, or content management systems is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding (e.g., of APIs, CMS, product feeds) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define actions based on insights.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
