About the role

  • Operative purchasing specialist at DocMorris managing orders and supplier communication. Ensuring delivery timelines and collaborating with internal teams in a growing digital health company.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking customer- and warehouse-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
  • Processing special orders in coordination with strategic procurement
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines and taking proactive action in case of deviations
  • Communicating with suppliers to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders/departments such as Accounting, Customer Service and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent background
  • Several years of experience in operational purchasing / inventory planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG sectors
  • Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and a good sense of priorities
  • Team player with clear, respectful communication
  • Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
