Responsibilities
Provide support for administrative procurement processes, carrying out price quotations, issuing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met, acquisitions comply with requirements, and contributing to the efficiency and organization of the department's requests.
Monitor delivery deadlines for contracted materials and services, conducting continuous follow-up with suppliers and carriers to ensure compliance with established schedules, minimize delays and maintain an efficient supply flow.
Verify purchase orders, invoices and other documents related to acquisitions and receipts, ensuring the accuracy of information, correct reconciliation of prices and quantities, and compliance with internal and fiscal procedures.
Organize and file physical and digital department documents, ensuring proper classification, storage and traceability of information in accordance with internal procedures and policies.
Assist with inventory control by performing periodic checks and supporting the organization of materials, as well as updating tracking spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and contribute to effective resource management.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics or Engineering.
Experience with administrative routines in Procurement/Supply or Logistics.
Experience managing documents and invoices.
Familiarity with ERP systems, spreadsheets and report generation.
Experience interacting with suppliers.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Languages: English and Spanish – a plus.
