About the role

  • Senior Program Manager at DMI overseeing a $300M+ federal IT infrastructure contract. Driving operational excellence through industry-leading technologies for a major U.S. Federal Financial Regulatory Agency.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead a centralized PMO to provide governance, performance tracking, and strategic coordination across all functional domains, including service desk, network, and cloud operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government, managing contract performance, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee the optimization of the General Support System (GSS) and enterprise platforms to ensure high availability and secure access for a hybrid federal workforce.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manage a high-level risk register (RAID log) to ensure all milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all infrastructure operations comply with FISMA mandates, NIST standards, and Zero Trust security controls.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, AI/ML integration, and migration to FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments.
  • Lead a large, multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and specialized leads, fostering a culture of high performance and mission-focused delivery.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience managing large-scale federal IT infrastructure programs ($100M+ in total contract value).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Active PMP certification.
  • ITIL v4 certification (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader preferred).
  • Deep proficiency in ITIL-aligned governance, FISMA compliance, and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles and relevant federal mandates (such as OMB M-22-09).
  • Exceptional ability to build trust with federal executives and lead complex cross-vendor technical forums.
