About the role

  • Scale Dialectica’s Corporate business across the Americas.
  • Drive business development and client expansion across the full Corporate product suite (Expert Calls, B2B Insights, Surveys, Strategic Intelligence, Origin, and more).
  • Design and execute a data-driven GTM strategy, combining outbound, partnerships, and productized insight offerings.
  • Build and nurture senior relationships and budget-holder partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Client Service to identify upsell opportunities and deepen engagement within existing accounts.
  • Scope client needs and generate mandates across Dialectica’s Corporate offering.
  • Oversee delivery excellence across the Corporate suite, with particular focus on Insights.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and actionable client outcomes.
  • Lead client penetration efforts through relationship expansion and referrals.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and expand Dialectica’s Corporate product suite, and partner with Product & Operations to co-create new offerings.
  • Productize recurring insight needs into repeatable, subscription-style offerings (e.g., a quarterly Voice of Customer program).
  • Design commercial models that drive recurring revenue and margin growth.
  • Feed market intelligence and delivery feedback into product and process innovation loops.
  • Full accountability for vertical revenue, costs, and margin.
  • Forecast, budget, and report transparently to the executive team.
  • Align growth with sustainable delivery capacity and profitability metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team (sales, insights, delivery).
  • Lead from the front: close deals, manage accounts, and coach next-generation leaders.
  • Foster experimentation and learning — pilot new GTM plays, run A/B tests, refine pricing models.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Central GTM to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in consulting, startups, market intelligence, investment banking, or B2B information services with demonstrated P&L or practice ownership.
  • Ideal record of building and scaling client portfolios at enterprise level ($1M–$10M+).
  • Deep familiarity with at least one corporate vertical (e.g. Industrials, TMT, Healthcare).
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical rigor; understands GTM economics and margin management.
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams across BD, delivery, and product.
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity — thrives in 0→1 environments
  • Based in Bogotá or willing to relocate.
