About the role
- Sozialpädagoge*in in einer Intensivpädagogischen Kleinstwohngruppe in Wolfratshausen. Verantwortlich für individuelle Betreuung von 3 bis 4 Kindern in einem innovativen Sozialunternehmen.
Responsibilities
- Need-oriented, intensive pedagogical work with children in a very small setting (one group with 3 children, one group with 4 children)
- Individual support and relationship-building
- Varied, needs-oriented leisure pedagogy
- Advising primary caregivers
- Helping to shape and maintain the cooperation network (therapeutic institutions, kindergartens, schools, clubs)
Requirements
- A completed, state-recognized qualification as an educator or curative-education nurse, or a completed degree in social work/social pedagogy with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
- As a passionate educator you enjoy challenges and have prior experience working with children and young people
- Bring your own interests into everyday work with children—playing together, crafting, or baking cookies
- A team player who remains resilient even in difficult situations
- You appreciate the flexibility and advantages of shift work (flexible scheduling concept)
- You hold a Class B driving license (for use of the company vehicle during working hours)
