About the role

  • Customer Service Executive handling inquiries and coordinating orders. Working in logistics with a focus on optimizing service processes and collaborating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Handling and coordination of customer inquiries and orders
  • Support in the implementation and optimization of service processes
  • Processing and coordination of export and import shipments across Europe
  • Documentation and follow-up of customer feedback
  • Point of contact for potential escalations
  • Close collaboration with various departments, especially planning, to ensure optimal customer support
  • Handling of customs documentation

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g. in hospitality, freight forwarding or logistics) or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills in German and good command of English
  • Enjoys working in a team and providing customer support
