Handling of customs documentation
Requirements
Completed vocational training (e.g. in hospitality, freight forwarding or logistics) or an equivalent qualification
Experience in customer service, ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Confident user of CRM systems and MS Office
Strong communication skills in German and good command of English
