Responsibilities
Atención al cliente en italiano, gestionando consultas, incidencias y solicitudes de forma eficiente.
Soporte al comercial asignado, colaborando en el seguimiento de clientes y gestión de pedidos.
Realización de llamadas a clientes inactivos para reactivar el consumo.
Llamadas de prospección a nuevos clientes potenciales.
Registro y actualización de la información de clientes en el CRM.
Requirements
Estudios mínimos de FP o grado relacionado con Atención al Cliente.
Mínimo 1–2 años en posiciones de atención al cliente o soporte multicanal.
Italiano fluido (oral y escrito) imprescindible; español nativo o alto.
Inglés valorable.
Manejo de CRM y sistemas de tickets, herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Google Workspace).
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo, y actitud proactiva.
