About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving sales growth by converting potential SaaS companies into partnerships for Dext's innovative accounting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying potential SaaS companies and converting them into successful partnerships.
  • Own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (from out-reach, demo to closing).
  • Drive collaboration with other client-facing teams and marketing to enhance inbound opportunities.
  • Develop & demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Executive with solid years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in Fintech/AI Sales.
  • Managing a clean, high-performing pipeline.
  • Experience selling both in English and French to multiple cultures.
  • Strong outbound sales experience including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of structured sales methodologies (ex: MEDDIC or similar) and ability to connect with the CEO, CTO, and CPO.
