About the role

  • Customer Service Analyst for managing client orders from entry to delivery. Working collaboratively with internal departments at Dexco, a leader in construction materials.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the entire order cycle: entry, processing, delivery, and invoicing;
  • Identify and resolve order holds quickly to prevent operational impacts;
  • Design and improve internal processes to promote efficiency and organization;
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations;
  • Maintain close relationships with clients, seeking improvements in experience and service;
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning to promote cross-team integration;
  • Monitor KPIs and operational indicators and propose improvement actions;
  • Support shipment planning, allocations, and logistics processes;
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to align processes and strategies;
  • Ensure data quality and keep management systems up to date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Communications, or related fields;
  • Experience in order management, customer service, and interfacing with internal departments;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, analyses);
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
