About the role

  • Sales position in a Berlin-based healthcare startup. Focus on telemarketing, patient trust building, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — target around 5 completed applications per day
  • Building trust: turning skepticism into confidence — empathetically and persuasively engaging relatives and patients
  • Consultations with heart: providing telephone information about our unique care services in assistive devices and home emergency call systems
  • Supporting existing customers: handling follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Documentation & communication: straightforward work with our internal software tools (full onboarding provided)

Requirements

  • Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
  • Empathy, active listening and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ideally some experience in advisory roles, customer service, caregiving or the healthcare sector
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
  • Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset and software tools
