About the role

  • Procurement Assistant in charge of efficient contract management supporting wind turbine projects in Germany. Collaborating with teams to improve procurement processes through thorough documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and monitoring ERP reports to support informed decision-making
  • Actively contributing to the preparation and analysis of management/controlling reports
  • Careful documentation and contract management
  • Supporting the processing and coordination of special orders
  • Participating in operational procurement processing and monitoring delivery deadlines
  • Reviewing order confirmations and maintaining all relevant data in the system
  • Collaborating on cross-functional/overarching projects
  • Identifying optimization opportunities and implementing measures to improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial/business discipline
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in contract management, procurement, or a comparable role
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with contract management or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
  • Willingness to take responsibility, act proactively, and be a reliable team player
