Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for all employees for HR related questions providing guidance on questions regarding contracts, policies, benefits, payroll, time off and daily people matters.
Manage offboarding processes including documentation, exit coordination, handovers and system updates.
Actively advise employees and managers on HR policies, internal procedures, benefits and employment conditions.
Prepare and manage employment amendments, extensions, promotions and role changes in close collaboration with managers and HR leadership.
Maintain accurate up to date and compliant employee records ensuring data integrity confidentiality and consistency across HR systems.
You support and advise on all activities and process steps related to the absenteeism process, managing absence cases from the first day of sickness. You actively steer the process, take a proactive role in complex cases, and determine the (follow-up) steps.
Support payroll preparation by collecting, validating and processing monthly employee data such as absences, changes, bonuses and contract updates.
Support employee engagement actions internal initiatives and HR projects that strengthen company culture.
Partner closely with the HR team and leadership to support HR projects and organizational changes.
Requirements
2 + years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Generalist role.
You have an HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of HRM or Business Administration.
Solid knowledge of HR operations including contracts, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits and HR administration
Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with HRIS and digital HR tools with a strong focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English.
