About the role

  • Marketing Analyst in a leading travel technology company focusing on creative campaigns and audience engagement. Collaborating on strategies for promotional offers and visual concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize and interpret briefings for promotions and requests from the department;
  • Participate in developing campaign strategy and promotional messaging;
  • Help build the visual concept of campaigns and ensure their adaptation across all channels (paid media and owned media);
  • Create clear, complete briefs for the design team and the advertising agency, including job breakdowns and direction for each deliverable;
  • Lead regular alignment meetings with the agency to ensure correct understanding of strategy, timing, messages, key visuals (KV) and rollouts;
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign flow: schedule, dependencies, deliverables and quality control;
  • Act as a bridge between internal and external squads, ensuring clarity of deliverables and alignment of expectations;
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as CTR, VTR, CPC, engagement, traffic and conversion;
  • Perform results analysis, generate insights and prepare presentations for internal teams;
  • Organize and maintain SLAs, processes, routines, deadlines and documentation;
  • Recommend tactical adjustments and optimizations based on performance and consumer behavior;
  • Interpret dashboards/data and translate them into actionable insights;
  • Ensure adherence to brand positioning, narrative and guidelines across all campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in advertising production and/or agency account management OR as a campaign manager in-house;
  • Experience with promotional campaigns, retail, or performance squads and managing simultaneous projects;
  • Familiarity with project management tools: Trello, Asana, Notion, Jira or similar;
  • Ability to structure the promotional tagline, creative concept and visual direction (even if not executing them personally);
  • Understanding of adaptations for YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Display, CRM, OOH, etc.;
  • Knowledge of KPIs: CTR, VTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, engagement, among others;
  • Strong communication, organization and autonomy to run multiple campaigns simultaneously; an aesthetic sense to review creative assets and suggest adjustments; proactivity to propose solutions, optimizations and new workflows;
  • Ability to prioritize in dynamic environments, build relationships across teams and apply analytical thinking and critical judgment;
  • Adaptability for seasonality and fast-paced demands (Black Friday, hot weeks, monthly offers);
  • Experience with integrated branding and performance campaigns.
