Responsibilities
Supports marketing and sales operations by analyzing data to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance
Partners closely with internal and external stakeholders
Drives data-informed decisions to improve ROI
Supports marketing teams and specialists
Assists with system enhancements and product testing
Monitors performance through campaign retrospectives, co-op reporting, digital tests, contests, and promotions
Troubleshoots existing products and processes and recommends solutions for improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or equivalent experience
Basic work experience, including internships, preferred
Basic ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
Analyze complex data, use data visualization tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Maintain effective interpersonal relationships
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proven ability to produce accurate work consistently
Work overtime as required
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
