Responsibilities
Provide support for the marketing operational routine, ensuring the cadence of publications, engagement across channels, event organization, campaign execution, and the production of performance reports.
Schedule and publish posts on dataRain’s channels (primarily LinkedIn).
Publish articles and content on designated channels.
Engage on dataRain’s channels (comments, mentions, and messages).
Produce and update weekly and monthly performance reports.
Assist in organizing the publishing calendar and the approval workflow.
Support and operationalize internal and external events (webinars, workshops, and in-person events).
Act as the operational point of contact with external partners (outreach agency, events agency).
Support SEO initiatives with the internal team.
Assist in executing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong writing and communication skills (for interactions and alignment with vendors).
Organized and detail-oriented (deadlines, checklists, quality standards).
Analytical mindset and comfortable working with metrics and spreadsheets.
Interest in B2B marketing and technology (AWS is a plus).
Experience with RD Station, SEMrush, paid campaign management, or event operations (advantage).
Knowledge of UTMs/tracking and measurement best practices (advantage).
